Barnes VOR-TX .308 Winchester 150gr TTSX Polymer Tipped Spitzer Boat Tail Lead-Free 20/Box features Barnes' Tipped Triple Shock X (TTSX) bullet, which has a 100 percent copper body with multiple rings cut into the shank and delivers dead-on accuracy and performance with the addition of a polymer tip which boosts BC (ballistic coefficient) and improves long-range ballistics. The polymer tip and nose cavity provide fast, explosive expansion. This ammunition delivers perfect penetration, virtually 100 percent weight retention, and four razor-sharp cutting petals that double bullet diameter, resulting in more internal damage than any competing bullet. Instant expansion and perfect penetration ensures quicker and cleaner humane kills. This ammunition is built for hunting medium game (50 to 300 lbs) including whitetail deer, antelope, and hogs. This ammunition is new production, non-corrosive, boxer primed, in reloadable brass cases.

powerful on hogs and whitetails
I hunt with this 308 win for hogs and whitetail deer. The 150 grain works for my rifle every time. Plus the bullet is copper. I prefer copper over lead. Great ammo from barnes.
