Remington Golden Saber Bonded 9mm Luger 147gr Jacketed Hollow Point 20/Box delivers maximum threat-ending lethality, and is designed to maximize terminal ballistics as defined by FBI test protocols. This ammunition offers unmatched barrier-penetration performance via a special bonded-bullet design in which the lead core of the bullet is hot-bonded to the brass jacket. This bullet bonding process maximizes penetration even as the bullet travels through tough, destructive barriers such as glass, drywall, metal and/or fabric, hence the term "barrier blind". The reduced bullet nose diameter delivers precise bore alignment and match-grade accuracy. This ammunition requires less energy to initiate expansion, while the jacket stiffness and wall thickness are optimized to eliminate over-expansion, thus maximizing penetration. Upon impact, the jacketed hollow point bullet initiates expansion up to 1-1/2 times the size of the original bullet diameter. This ammunition is built specifically for defense purposes. This ammunition is new production, non-corrosive, in reloadable brass cases.
