Remington Yellow Jacket Hyper Velocity .22 Long Rifle (.22 LR) 33gr Brass Plated Truncated Cone Hollow Point 250/Box utilizes a truncated cone hollow point bullet (projectile) which offers smooth, enhanced reliable feeding in semi-automatic pistols and rifles due to the flat-nose bullet design. The flat-nose bullet design reduces the chances of misfeeds or jams. The truncated cone hollow point bullet also retains its bullet weight which allows for deeper penetration than traditional hollow point and round nose bullets. While traditional hollow point bullets may fail to open/expand, the design of the truncated cone hollow point bullet typically offers cleaner, deeper penetration and better kinetic energy transfer. This ammunition is built for a variety of shooting applications including defense, hunting small game and target shooting. This ammunition is new production and non-corrosive.
