These Supplemental Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and MUNITIONS EXPRESS, LLC (“we,” “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the munitionsexpress.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”). You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Supplemental Terms of Use. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE SUPPLEMENTAL TERMS OF USE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.  

Supplemental Terms and Conditions or documents that may be posted on the Site from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Supplemental Terms of Use at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last updated” date of these Supplemental Terms of Use, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Supplemental Terms of Use to stay informed of updates. Additional Ordering Policies:

Order Cancellations:

If you placed an order with MUNITIONS EXPRESS, and you would like to cancel your order, you must contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-901-2449, Monday through Friday, 9AM – 5PM (EST). You must provide our Customer Service Department with your order number. Please note, that if your order has shipped, under no circumstances can the order be cancelled. Additionally, if your order has shipped, and upon delivery of your order you deny or (refuse) delivery of your order in an attempt to have it returned back to us, you agree to be charged a 19% restocking fee on the complete order total (including shipping cost). However, if your order hasn't shipped and you request our Customer Service Department to cancel your order, and the order cancellation is granted, under no circumstances can the order cancellation be reversed.

Order Amending:

Once you place an order with MUNITIONS EXPRESS, under no circumstances can an order be amended. Please note, if your order is "Shipping Label Created", we cannot under any circumstances cancel your order. Shipping Label Created means your order has been packaged and assigned a tracking number. If your order is not "Shipping Label Created", you may contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-901-2449, Monday through Friday, 9AM – 5PM (EST) to request an order cancellation. Once your order has been cancelled, you may then place a new order.

Administrative Order Cancellations:

At our discretion; We, MUNITIONS EXPRESS may at any time, for any reason, cancel any order. Please note, it is your responsibility to understand, and follow the laws of the city, county and state in which you reside as it pertains to ordering ammunition (ammo). If you place an order for ammunition (ammo) and you reside in any of the cities, counties, or states prohibiting the sale of ammunition (ammo), delineated as 'No Ammo Sales' your order will be cancelled, and a refund will be issued on the total order amount (including shipping cost) minus a 19% restocking fee.

At our discretion; We, MUNITIONS EXPRESS, also reserve the right to deny all future orders placed by anyone attempting to circumvent the ammunition (ammo) ordering/purchasing laws in the city, county and state they reside.

Credit Card Chargebacks:

A credit card chargeback is the process a consumer can take if a consumer discovers unauthorized or unrecognizable charges on their credit card/bank statement. You are able to contact your credit card/card issuing bank and report fraudulent transactions. Cardholders who are victims of credit card fraud are protected by the issuing bank through the chargeback dispute process, which allows them to prove theft and bring their accounts back into good-standing.

However, intentional fraudulent credit card chargebacks occur when someone abuses the credit card chargeback process to make a profit for themselves at our expense. When someone makes and authorizes a purchase and receives the product as described, but files a chargeback against us illegitimately; we, MUNITIONS EXPRESS, at our discretion, reserve the right to challenge and dispute any unnecessary, or intentional fraudulent credit card chargebacks; We, MUNITIONS EXPRESS, at our discretion, also reserve the right to deny all future orders placed by anyone attempting to file intentional fraudulent credit card chargebacks in an effort to commit fraud to turn a profit, thus attempting to fraudulently obtain ammunition (ammo) for free, or by nefarious means.

If at any time you are not satisfied with your purchase, we ask that prior to filing a credit card chargeback that you contact our customer service department directly to resolve any issues or concerns you may have regarding an order. We are here to help you, and genuinely care.

Examples of when to Contact us Regarding an Issue with an Order:

  • You didn't receive the ammunition (ammo) you ordered.
  • You were incorrectly billed.
  • You don't recognize a charge on your credit card statement from MUNITIONS EXPRESS.

Examples of Unnecessary/Intentional Fraudulent Credit Card Chargebacks:

  • You ordered and received ammunition (ammo) and no longer want the ammunition (ammo) you ordered.
  • You authorize someone to make a purchase using your credit card. When the charge appears on your bank statement, you immediately file a chargeback because you don't recognize the charges as your own.
  • A charge appears on your bank account one month after the initial purchase because your account was not charged until the ammunition (ammo) was shipped. Because you did not make the purchase on the statement posting date, you don't recognize the charge and dispute the transaction by filing a chargeback.
  • You receive your bank statement in the mail/online and it includes a transaction from MUNITIONS EXPRESS you don't recognize. Although you did make the purchase, the description for the purchase uses our abbreviated name instead of our recognizable brand name (MUNITIONS EXPRESS), and thus convinces you that you did not make the disputed purchase.
  • You share a bank account with your significant other for expendable income. Although you know that a purchase you found on your shared bank account was authorized by your significant other, you disagree with the way the money was spent and claim that the charge was fraudulent.
  • You place an order for ammunition (ammo) with the intention of claiming a problem or defect with the performance of the ammunition (ammo). When the ammunition (ammo) arrives in perfect working condition, you contact your credit card company to file a chargeback to turn a profit, thus attempting to fraudulently obtain ammunition (ammo) for free.
  • You don't like our return policy.
  • You don't like the ammunition (ammo) you ordered/purchased.
  • You received your order late due to inclement weather conditions.
  • You legitimately placed an order for ammunition (ammo) but forgot you placed an order.
  • You don't like our Ordering Policy.
