Hornady A-MAX .30 Caliber (.308 Diameter) 168gr Polymer Tip Boat Tail 100/Box features an aerodynamic secant ogive bullet profile which works to produce low drag and flatter trajectories. The secant ogive design also provides the optimum bearing surface for stability in flight. The low-drag bullet tip point raises the ballistic coefficient and precisely balances the center of pressure relative to the center of gravity in order to achieve optimal in-flight stability. The Hornady AMP bullet jacket has virtually zero tolerance for concentricity and near zero wall thickness variation resulting in maximized ballistic coefficient and accuracy. These bullets are new production and non-corrosive.

Hornady A-MAX .30 Caliber (.308 Diameter) 168gr Polymer Tip Boat Tail
For my Savage 308 Tactile re-loads this bullet at 100 y gives me sub MOA clover leaf results. I find it to be consistent with my loads and look forward to results from 4c, 6c, 8c and 1k. I will doing comparisons to Berger up to 175g.
