Hornady Subsonic 9mm Luger 147gr XTP Jacketed Hollow Point 25/Box delivers accuracy, increased range, and devastating terminal performance. This ammunition utilizes tried-and-true XTP (eXtreme Terminal Performance) bullets (projectiles) that expand reliably at subsonic velocities and does not have the loud report of a supersonic round, and when paired with a suppressor, it’s even quieter. Unique powders are optimized for subsonic use resulting in a low flash signature, ideal for either suppressed or unsuppressed performance. This ammunition is built specifically for defense purposes. This ammunition is new production, non-corrosive, boxer primed, in reloadable brass cases.
Please Note: Subsonic loads are ideal for shooting through suppressors because they help reduce the sound signature. Subsonic rounds do not exhibit a supersonic crack making them quieter when shot through your favorite can. These loads do not have to be fired through a suppressed firearm and will function in non-suppressed firearms.

Great reliable accuracy out of my new Glock 26
After shooting a few boxes of this subsonic 9mm luger, I am really impressed with the accuracy out of my glock 26. I bought this ammo in April when I first bought my glock 26. During that time I could not find jacketed hollow point 9mm luger anywhere. I was scrabbling to find at the least some self defense loads. A friend of mine told me about Munitions Express and sure enough, this is some of the only 9mm luger ammo that I could find and this is the only 9mm luger they had i stock at the time. Everywhere online was out of stock. I consider myself lucky because I was able to buy some for my new gun. This was the only 9mm luger in stock anywhere on the internet. I called Munitions Express and I spoke with Harold. Harold told me they had 8 boxes of this in stock and I bought all 8 boxes. After going to the range and shooting this ammo, I found that every single round fired and shot well. I am now loaded with 10 plus 1 in my glock 26.
