These Supplemental Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and MUNITIONS EXPRESS, LLC (“we,” “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the munitionsexpress.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”). You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Supplemental Terms of Use. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE SUPPLEMENTAL TERMS OF USE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.  

Supplemental Terms and Conditions or documents that may be posted on the Site from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Supplemental Terms of Use at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last updated” date of these Supplemental Terms of Use, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Supplemental Terms of Use to stay informed of updates. You will be subject to, and will be deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted, the changes in any revised Supplemental Terms of Use by your continued use of the Site after the date such revised Supplemental Terms of Use are posted. You declare (certify, verify, or state) under penalty of perjury punishable under (18 U.S.C. 1001, 18 U.S.C. 1621, 28 U.S.C 1746) that

  • if you are purchasing handgun/pistol ammunition, that you are at least 21 years of age
  • if you are purchasing shotgun ammunition, that you are at least 18 years of age.
  • if you are purchasing rifle ammunition, that you are at least 18 years of age.
  • you are legally authorized to purchase ammo in the city, county and state you reside.
  • by purchasing ammunition, you are not violating any local, state, or federal laws.
  • you have not been convicted of any felony, or a misdemeanor for domestic abuse.
  • you are not chemically dependent on illegal substances.
  • you have no legal restraint that would prohibit you from possessing, ordering, owning, or transferring ammunition.
  • you have never been committed to any mental institution or been adjudicated as mentally defective.
  • you will not sell any ammunition to any minor.
  • you do not live in a city, county or state that prohibits you from owning, purchasing, or transferring ammunition. 

If you reside in California, Connecticut, Illinois, New Jersey, or New York:

It is your responsibility to know, and understand the laws of the city, county and state in which you reside as it pertains to ordering/purchasing ammunition (ammo).

If you place an order for ammunition (ammo) and you reside in any of the cities, counties, or states prohibiting the purchase/sale of ammunition (ammo), delineated as “No Ammo Sales” your order will be cancelled, and a refund will be issued on the total order amount (including shipping cost) minus a 19% restocking fee.

If you reside in a city, county or state that requires certain credentials for purchasing ammunition (ammo), those credentials must be on file with MUNITIONS EXPRESS before any ammunition (ammo) will be shipped. If you reside in a city, county or state that requires certain credentials for purchasing ammunition, and you do not provide or refuse to provide MUNITIONS EXPRESS with an FFL dealer to ship your order to, your order will be cancelled and and a refund will be issued on the total order amount (including shipping cost) minus a 19% restocking fee. Please, scan and email all required credentials to sales@munitionsexpress.com or fax it to us at 1-800-901-2449.

  • Illinois ResidentsNo ammo sales to the city of Chicago or Cook County. State law requires that all other Illinois residents must email us a copy of their FOID card in addition to their (IL State ID or IL State Drivers License). Ammunition (ammo) must ship to an address on one of those ID's. Please scan and email these credentials to sales@munitionsexpress.com or fax it to us at 1-800-901-2449. These credentials must be on file with MUNITIONS EXPRESS before we ship any ammunition (ammo).
  • Connecticut Residents — State law requires that MUNITIONS EXPRESS obtain a copy of the purchaser’s state issued pistol permit, long gun certificate, or ammunition certificate, in addition to your driver’s license. Please scan and email these credentials to sales@munitionsexpress.com or fax it to us at 1-800-901-2449. These credentials must be on file before we ship any ammunition (ammo).
  • New Jersey Residents — State law requires MUNITIONS EXPRESS to obtain a copy of the purchaser’s New Jersey state issued firearms/ammunition ID card. Please scan and email this credential to sales@munitionsexpress.com or fax it to us at 1-800-901-2449. This credential must be on file before we ship any ammunition (ammo).
  • New York ResidentsNo ammo sales to New York City, including Staten Island, Queens, The Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan. MUNITIONS EXPRESS will only ship ammunition to New York (FFL) Federal Firearms License Dealers. For a complete list of New York FFL Dealers click here. New York state law requires that we obtain a copy of their New York FFL credentials and have it on file before we ship any ammunition (ammo). The New York FFL may scan and email a copy of their FFL to sales@munitionsexpress.com or fax it to us at 1-800-901-2449. Place you order on MUNITIONS EXPRESS just as you normally would, using your information for billing, but make sure the shipping information (ship to address) is that of your New York FFL.

 

5)  MUNITIONS EXPRESS will ship your order to the New York FFL Dealer on file. Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number, to track your order. Once your order has arrived at the New York FFL Dealer, contact the New York FFL dealer to schedule a time to pickup your order. The New York FFL dealer will proceed with the ammunition transfer and once all other New York state requirements are met, the New York FFL Dealer will release your ordered ammunition to you.

  • California ResidentsNo ammo sales to the cities of Sacramento, Avalon, Los Angeles, Oakland, or San Francisco. MUNITIONS EXPRESS will only ship ammunition to California (FFL) Federal Firearms License Dealers. For a complete list of California FFL Dealers click here. California state law requires that we obtain a copy of their Califorina FFL credentials and have it on file before we ship any ammunition (ammo). The California FFL may scan and email a copy of their FFL to sales@munitionsexpress.com or fax it to us at 1-800-901-2449. Place you order on MUNITIONS EXPRESS just as you normally would, using your information for billing, but make sure the shipping information (ship to address) is that of your California FFL. To purchase ammunition in California, you must be at least 21 years of age. You must provide MUNITIONS EXPRESS with an FFL dealer to ship your order to. If you do not provide or refuse to provide MUNITIONS EXPRESS with an FFL dealer to ship your order to, your order will be cancelled and and a refund will be issued on the total order amount (including shipping cost) minus a 19% restocking fee. Please, scan and email all required credentials to sales@munitionsexpress.com or fax it to us at 1-800-901-2449.

How To Purchase Ammunition Being Shipped To A California FFL Dealer (Ammunition Transferring):

1)  Prior to placing an order for ammunition through MUNTIONS EXPRESS, please contact a California FFL dealer and tell them you want to order ammunition from MUNITIONS EXPRESS and ask if they will receive ammunition for transfer from MUNTIONS EXPRESS. For a complete list of California FFL Dealers click here. You should also ask the California FFL dealer about any fees, including the ammunition transfer fee. Please note, most FFL dealers will charge a nominal ammunition transfer fee.

2)  The California FFL dealer must scan and email a copy of their FFL to sales@munitionsexpress.com or fax it to 1-800-901-2449. The FFL dealers credentials must be on file before we ship any ammunition (ammo).

3)  Please, provide the FFL dealer with our contact information.

4)  Once the California FFL Dealer has confirmed that they will receive an ammunition shipment from MUNITIONS EXPRESS, you may proceed to place an order for ammunition on the MUNITIONS EXPRESS website. Follow the steps listed below for ordering.

  • Create a new customer account or login as an existing customer.
  • Add the ammunition you would like to purchase to the shopping cart.
  • When ready to checkout, enter your billing information including your credit card information.
  • Enter the address of the California FFL Dealer as the ship to (shipping address).
  • Submit your order

5)  MUNITIONS EXPRESS will ship your order to the California FFL Dealer on file. Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number, to track your order. Once your order has arrived at the California FFL Dealer, contact the California FFL dealer to schedule a time to pickup your order. The California FFL dealer will proceed with the ammunition transfer and once all other California state requirements are met, the California FFL Dealer will release your ordered ammunition to you.

Ammunition shipping restrictions are subject to change at any time and the information obtained herein is in no way intended to include all laws and restrictions in all cities, counties and states regarding ordering/purchasing ammunition (ammo). For definitive information as it pertains to lawfully ordering/purchasing ammunition (ammo) in your specific city, county and state, including ammunition shipping restrictions and purchasing requirements in your specific city, county and state, please contact an FFL dealer or the local authorities in the area you reside for additional guidance regarding any possible restrictions that are not listed herein.

Additional Ordering Policies:

Order Cancellations:

If you placed an order with MUNITIONS EXPRESS, and you would like to cancel your order, you must contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-901-2449, Monday through Friday, 9AM – 5PM (EST). You must provide our Customer Service Department with your order number. Please note, that if your order has shipped, under no circumstances can the order be cancelled. Additionally, if your order has shipped, and upon delivery of your order you deny or (refuse) delivery of your order in an attempt to have it returned back to us, you agree to be charged a 19% restocking fee on the complete order total (including shipping cost). However, if your order hasn't shipped and you request our Customer Service Department to cancel your order, and the order cancellation is granted, under no circumstances can the order cancellation be reversed.

Order Amending:

Once you place an order with MUNITIONS EXPRESS, under no circumstances can an order be amended. Please note, if your order is "Shipping Label Created", we cannot under any circumstances cancel your order. Shipping Label Created means your order has been packaged and assigned a tracking number. If your order is not "Shipping Label Created", you may contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-901-2449, Monday through Friday, 9AM – 5PM (EST) to request an order cancellation. Once your order has been cancelled, you may then place a new order.

Administrative Order Cancellations:

At our discretion; We, MUNITIONS EXPRESS may at any time, for any reason, cancel any order. Please note, it is your responsibility to understand, and follow the laws of the city, county and state in which you reside as it pertains to ordering ammunition (ammo). If you place an order for ammunition (ammo) and you reside in any of the cities, counties, or states prohibiting the sale of ammunition (ammo), delineated as 'No Ammo Sales' your order will be cancelled, and a refund will be issued on the total order amount (including shipping cost) minus a 19% restocking fee.

At our discretion; We, MUNITIONS EXPRESS, also reserve the right to deny all future orders placed by anyone attempting to circumvent the ammunition (ammo) ordering/purchasing laws in the city, county and state they reside.

Credit Card Chargebacks:

A credit card chargeback is the process a consumer can take if a consumer discovers unauthorized or unrecognizable charges on their credit card/bank statement. You are able to contact your credit card/card issuing bank and report fraudulent transactions. Cardholders who are victims of credit card fraud are protected by the issuing bank through the chargeback dispute process, which allows them to prove theft and bring their accounts back into good-standing.

However, intentional fraudulent credit card chargebacks occur when someone abuses the credit card chargeback process to make a profit for themselves at our expense. When someone makes and authorizes a purchase and receives the product as described, but files a chargeback against us illegitimately; we, MUNITIONS EXPRESS, at our discretion, reserve the right to challenge and dispute any unnecessary, or intentional fraudulent credit card chargebacks; We, MUNITIONS EXPRESS, at our discretion, also reserve the right to deny all future orders placed by anyone attempting to file intentional fraudulent credit card chargebacks in an effort to commit fraud to turn a profit, thus attempting to fraudulently obtain ammunition (ammo) for free, or by nefarious means.

If at any time you are not satisfied with your purchase, we ask that prior to filing a credit card chargeback that you contact our customer service department directly to resolve any issues or concerns you may have regarding an order. We are here to help you, and genuinely care.

Examples of when to Contact us Regarding an Issue with an Order:

  • You didn't receive the ammunition (ammo) you ordered.
  • You were incorrectly billed.
  • You don't recognize a charge on your credit card statement from MUNITIONS EXPRESS.

Examples of Unnecessary/Intentional Fraudulent Credit Card Chargebacks:

  • You ordered and received ammunition (ammo) and no longer want the ammunition (ammo) you ordered.
  • You authorize someone to make a purchase using your credit card. When the charge appears on your bank statement, you immediately file a chargeback because you don't recognize the charges as your own.
  • A charge appears on your bank account one month after the initial purchase because your account was not charged until the ammunition (ammo) was shipped. Because you did not make the purchase on the statement posting date, you don't recognize the charge and dispute the transaction by filing a chargeback.
  • You receive your bank statement in the mail/online and it includes a transaction from MUNITIONS EXPRESS you don't recognize. Although you did make the purchase, the description for the purchase uses our abbreviated name instead of our recognizable brand name (MUNITIONS EXPRESS), and thus convinces you that you did not make the disputed purchase.
  • You share a bank account with your significant other for expendable income. Although you know that a purchase you found on your shared bank account was authorized by your significant other, you disagree with the way the money was spent and claim that the charge was fraudulent.
  • You place an order for ammunition (ammo) with the intention of claiming a problem or defect with the performance of the ammunition (ammo). When the ammunition (ammo) arrives in perfect working condition, you contact your credit card company to file a chargeback to turn a profit, thus attempting to fraudulently obtain ammunition (ammo) for free.
  • You don't like our return policy.
  • You don't like the ammunition (ammo) you ordered/purchased.
  • You received your order late due to inclement weather conditions.
  • You legitimately placed an order for ammunition (ammo) but forgot you placed an order.
  • You don't like our Ordering Policy.
