Federal Premium Vital-Shok 7mm Remington Magnum 160gr Nosler Partition 20/Box features Nosler Partition bullets which utilize a special lead-alloy, and dual-core, which provides superior mushrooming characteristics at virtually all impact velocities. The fully tapered copper-alloy jacket ruptures instantly at the thin jacket mouth, yet the gradual thickening along the bullet's axis controls expansion and curls the jacket uniformly outward at high and low velocities. Nosler's integral partition supports the expanded mushroom and retains the rear lead-alloy core. The enclosed rear core retains more than two-thirds of the original bullet weight for deep penetration. The special crimp locks add strength to resist deformation under the pressure of heavy magnums. This ammunition is built for hunting medium sized game (50 to 300 lbs) including whitetail deer and for hunting large game (300 to 1500 lbs) including black bear, mule deer, and elk. This ammunition is new production, non-corrosive, boxer primed, in reloadable brass cases.
