great hog stopper
I have pounded so many hogs with this round out of my Mossberg MVP LR. The Barnes TSX bullet stops hogs on a dime. I usually get consistent bullet penetration with certain variations depending on shot distance. I have gotten as high as eleven inches of penetration at one hundred yards. I am really impressed with the expansion of this bullet. The impact makes an inch and a half to two inch channel. This round breaks through bone and keeps going. I have had varying results depending on where the shot hits. I would recommend this round for hog hunting.
