Remington HyperSonic Steel 12ga 3-1/2" 1-3/8 oz #4 Non-Toxic Steel Shot Lead-Free 25/Box features Remington's Xelerator wad technology which spotlights a uniquely designed ignition chamber which allows higher velocity with safe pressures. The primer ignites a small portion of the powder charge captured in the ignition chamber. This powder charge moves the wad and payload forward until the remainder of the powder charge is ignited. The increased volume behind the wad allows for the remainder of the propellant to burn, driving the shot to 1700 FPS (Feet Per Second) without causing excessive pressure. With increased velocities at 1700 FPS, the lead on flying ducks is shortened by 8 inches at 40 yards which results in a higher level of lethality for dropping more birds with each shot. This ammunition is built for hunting waterfowl, including ducks, snipe, coots, and geese. This ammunition is new production, non-corrosive, boxer primed, and reloadable.

great shells at 1.05 a shell
I like the results i am getting with these remington sonic steel shells. After shooting various clay positions I might have just found my new favorite duck hunting shells. Just a few more months to wait. I will be ready for them this season.
