Remington Subsonic .360 Buckhammer (.360 BHMR) 250gr Subsonic Bonded Hollow Point 20/Box is built for suppressor usage and low-noise shooting. This ammunition utilizes a bonded hollow point bullet (projectile) which delivers consistent velocities below the sound barrier and offers hard-hitting performance at subsonic, suppressor-friendly speeds. The lead core and copper jacket of the bonded hollow point bullet are welded together to obtain controlled expansion and achieve higher weight retention. The purpose of bonding the two materials together is to ensure that the dense, but soft, lead core does not separate from its jacket when the bullet makes contact with its target and encounters resistance. When a bullet’s core and jacket stay together, maximum bullet weight is retained, which produces greater momentum which results in deep bullet penetration. This ammunition is built for an array of shooting applications including target, hunting, and defense. This ammunition is new production and non-corrosive.

Please Note: Subsonic loads are ideal for shooting through suppressors because they help reduce the sound signature even more. Subsonic rounds do not exhibit a supersonic crack making them quieter when shot through your favorite can. This ammunition does not have to be fired through a suppressed firearm and will function in non-suppressed firearms.
