These Supplemental Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and MUNITIONS EXPRESS, LLC (“we,” “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the munitionsexpress.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”). You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Supplemental Terms of Use. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE SUPPLEMENTAL TERMS OF USE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.  

Supplemental Terms and Conditions or documents that may be posted on the Site from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Supplemental Terms of Use at any time and for any reason. Ammunition

All sales of ammunition (ammo) are final. We will not accept any returns on ammunition (ammo). Due to legal/regulatory and customer safety considerations, all ammunition (ammo) sales are final. Returns, refunds or exchanges are not accepted, whatsoever.

  • MUNITIONS EXPRESS will not accept returns on ammunition (ammo), whatsoever. Please, do not attempt to return ammunition. Any such return will be rejected.
  • MUNITIONS EXPRESS will not accept exchanges on ammunition (ammo), whatsoever. Please, do not attempt to return ammunition in an effort to exchange. Any such return for exchange will be rejected.
  • MUNITIONS EXPRESS will not issue any refunds on ammunition (ammo), whatsoever. Please, do not request a refund for ammunition. Any such request for refund will be denied.

All sales of ammunition (ammo) shipped to an FFL dealer as an ammunition transfer from MUNITIONS EXPRESS are final upon shipment, and returns, refunds or exchanges are not accepted.

  • MUNITIONS EXPRESS will not accept any returns on ammunition once ammunition is shipped to an FFL dealer as an ammunition transfer. Please, do not attempt to return ammunition (ammo) shipped to an FFL dealer as an ammunition transfer. Any such return will be rejected.
  • MUNITIONS EXPRESS will not accept exchanges on ammunition (ammo) shipped to an FFL dealer as an ammunition transfer, whatsoever. Please, do not attempt to return ammunition shipped to an FFL dealer as an ammunition transfer in an effort to exchange. Any such return for exchange will be rejected.
  • MUNITIONS EXPRESS will not issue any refunds on ammunition shipped to an FFL dealer as an ammunition transfer, whatsoever. Please, do not request a refund for ammunition shipped to an FFL dealer as an ammunition transfer. Any such request will be denied.

All damaged/defective ammunition claims must be submitted by the purchaser, directly to the specific ammunition manufacturer’s customer service department for replacement. If you need assistance with returning damaged/defective ammunition to the manufacturer, you may contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-901-2449, Monday through Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (EST). We are here to assist you.

Bullets (Projectiles)

All sales of bullets (projectiles) are final. We will not accept any returns on bullets (projectiles). Due to legal/regulatory and customer safety considerations, all bullet (projectile) sales are final. Returns, refunds or exchanges are not accepted, whatsoever.

  • MUNITIONS EXPRESS will not accept returns on bullets (projectiles), whatsoever. Please, do not attempt to return bullets. Any such return will be rejected.
  • MUNITIONS EXPRESS will not accept exchanges on bullets (projectiles), whatsoever. Please, do not attempt to return bullets in an effort to exchange. Any such return for exchange will be rejected.
  • MUNITIONS EXPRESS will not issue any refunds on bullets (projectiles), whatsoever. Please, do not request a refund for bullets. Any such request for refund will be denied.

All damaged/defective bullet (projectile) claims must be submitted by the purchaser, directly to the specific bullet manufacturer’s customer service department for replacement. If you need assistance with returning damaged/defective bullets to the manufacturer, you may contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-901-2449, Monday through Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (EST). Gift Certificates

All sales of MUNITIONS EXPRESS Gift Certificates are final. Returns, refunds or exchanges are not accepted, whatsoever. 

Once you purchase a MUNITIONS EXPRESS Gift Certificate, your recipient will receive an email message from MUNITIONS EXPRESS that contains a clickable link to redeem their MUNITIONS EXPRESS Gift Certificate. If the intended recipient does not receive their MUNITIONS EXPRESS Gift Certificate or they accidentally delete it from their email, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-901-2449, Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST). We will resend the MUNITIONS EXPRESS Gift Certificate to the intended recipient.
