Winchester Ballistic Silvertip .308 Winchester 150gr Rapid Controlled Expansion Polymer Tip 20/Box features a solid base boat tail bullet design and utilizes an alloyed lead core which provides increased retained weight, resulting in deeper penetration. The polymer tip resists deformation, maximizes long-range performance and promotes expansion while the Lubalox (Black Oxide) bullet coating reduces engraving forces and barrel fouling. This ammunition is engineered to deliver controlled expansion and devastating penetration, resulting in quick, humane kills. This ammunition is built for hunting medium game (50 to 300 lbs) including whitetail deer, antelope, and black bear, and hogs. This ammunition is new production, non-corrosive, boxer primed, in reloadable brass cases.
