Winchester Expedition Big Game .338 Lapua Magnum 300gr Nosler AccuBond CT 20/Box delivers pinpoint accuracy, flat shooting and powerful long-range big game hunting performance. This ammunition utilizes Nosler's AccuBond CT (Controlled Expansion) bonded core bullet (projectile). Controlled expansion allows for dramatic penetration of thick hide and bone and is designed for maximum expansion at all ranges, resulting in quick, humane kills. Through a proprietary bullet bonding process that eliminates voids in the bullet core, AccuBond CT marries Nosler's traditional copper-alloy jacket with its special lead-alloy core. The result is a bullet that penetrates deep and retains 60-70% of its weight. The Lubalox (black oxide) bullet coating reduces engraving forces and barrel fouling while the polymer tip resists deformation, maximizes long-range performance and promotes expansion. This ammunition is built for hunting large game (300 to 1,500 lbs) including dangerous game. This ammunition is new production, non-corrosive, boxer primed, in reloadable brass cases.
