Winchester Silvertip Defense .223 Remington 64gr Polymer Tip 20/Box is engineered to maximize terminal defense ballistics and utilizes Winchester's large diameter (defense tip) polymer tip bullet. The polymer tip bullet is designed to accelerate expansion, and features an alloyed lead core which optimizes energy transfer for consistent lethal penetration. The overall bullet performance is enhanced with the utilization of nickel-plated bullet jackets, which provides corrosion resistance and reliable feeding in a variety of firearms. This ammunition utilizes clean burning propellants and reliable primers. This ammunition is built specifically for defense purposes. This ammunition is new production, non-corrosive, boxer primed, in reloadable brass cases.
Please Note: This ammunition is intended for use in fast twist rate barrels (1:7" to 1:9"). Slower twist rate barrels may not sufficiently stabilize bullet.
