Federal Premium Meateater Bismuth Waterfowl & Upland 12ga 3" 1-3/8 oz #5 Non-Toxic Shot 25/Box are the choice of MeatEater Steven Rinella and deliver more lethal pellets on target, at higher energies than other shotshells, and utilizes bismuth, which is 22% denser than steel, and delivers dependable lethality. Bismuth shot is a great non-toxic alternative to lead and performs very similar to lead. Bismuth is one of the softest non-toxic shot types, and is softer than tungsten and steel, making it safe for use in older fixed choke and classic double barrel shotguns. This ammunition utilizes FLITECONTROL FLEX wads which tightens patterns and increases lethality over comparable steel loads.
